But when the property tax appraisal was much higher than our purchase price, Deb really came through with encouragement, data, and words to use at our hearing. As a result, our appraisal has been reduced to the purchase price. Deb’s office really does continue support after the closing. We definitely recommend Deb’s “realty with a servant’s heart!”
